Alucol has developed a Track & Trace system that enables you to track your order(s) with us online, 24/7. You can see:

• when your products have been received
• when your order is planned
• how many have been taken into production (and when)
• how many have been finished (and when)
• how many have been collected (and when)
• how many have been invoiced (and when)

If you want to use Track & Trace, contact us and we will provide you with a login name and password. These will be renewed each time and sent to you via email to ensure the security of your data.

Regardless of whether you use this functionality, we will send you an email each time your order status is changed.
